Tae Kwon-Do is for men, women and children. It will improve your fitness, flexibility, and most of all your confidence. Right from the very first lesson, you will start developing a whole new range of skills and capabilities. Tae Kwon-Do is also a superb form of self defence and also a great way to keep fit and trim! It is arguably one of the best methods of installing self confidence into children and at the same time emphasizes the importance of respect and discipline. Tae Kwon-Do is safe, practical and most of all enjoyable, so why not try it!

Codsall closed 25th and 26th Dec and 1st Jan. Back to normal training 2nd Jan.
Perton open 21st Dec 6 til 8 children as normal 8 til 9 senior grades green upwards inc black belts. Closed 22nd Dec due to no heating in the school over the holidays and will re-open 4th Jan back to normal 5th Jan.
Wolverhampton closes 16th Dec re-opens 6th Jan
